STEP 01 Print Tuition Bill & Apply at Bank

Please print your registration/tuition bill and complete the loan application process at any Bank of Taiwan branch nationwide.

STEP 02 Document Upload via Portal

After completing the process at the bank, please scan or photograph the "Student Loan Application Form (2nd Copy for School Retention)" and upload it to your Personal Portal.
⚠️  Critical Notice：Late submissions will not be processed. Please pay close attention to the deadlines.

STEP 03 Balance Payment for Remaining Fees

For fees not covered by the student loan (such as health examination fees, utilities, and accommodation deposits), please log into the Tuition and Fees System 2 to 3 working days after uploading your documents. Print the updated bill showing the amount after the loan deduction, and complete the payment.
