ISRC Kulumah Club

:::

Kulumah Club

The term "谷路瑪" is a direct Chinese transliteration of the Bunun indigenous language word "kulumah," meaning "to go home" or "returning home."

In accordance with Article 25 of the Indigenous Peoples Education Act, the ISRC is tasked with functions in ethnic education, including establishing student clubs to facilitate self-directed learning in indigenous education. It is under this mandate that the Kulumah Club was founded.

We hope that within the Indigenous Resource Center, every club member can enjoy a warm, relaxed atmosphere — one that feels just like home.

The co-curricular programs jointly organized by the IRC and the club aim to enhance members' knowledge of indigenous culture, as well as their sense of ethnic and personal identity. Through connections with other student organizations, the club also works to foster a friendly and inclusive campus culture.

Welcome to all students interested in indigenous peoples' cultures! Join us, whether you are indigenous or not; everyone is welcome!! Let us all immerse ourselves together in the spirit of "谷路瑪" kulumah the feeling of coming home ~~
