◎ S.O.S~How to Report an Emergency
Please clearly state the Who, What, When, Where, and Why/How of the incident.

• (Who): Provide your name, student ID number, and phone number, and help assess the situation on-site.

• (What): State the type of disaster/incident and what assistance or resources are needed. 

• (When): State the exact time the incident occurred. 

• (Where): Specify your exact location and any nearby prominent landmarks. 

• (Situation / Status): Describe the current condition of the scene (e.g., number of injuries, severity of damage).
